Straighten Out the Dysfunction in Albany
Roberts believes we can’t start to turn Central New York around until Albany straightens out. That’s why he signed the NY Uprising pledge and supports Andrew Cuomo’s reform plan to: root out corruption in Albany; make sure all politicians have to fully disclose their outside income; and put in place stricter budgeting rules to rein in state spending. When Albany gets straightened out, state government’s focus can then shift to where it ought to be – on Central New York.

Roberts' goal is to support legislation that will help retain current businesses in Central New York, attract new companies to the region, and protect our present workforce.
